Base Application Fees
- Conditional Use Permit - $600
- Stormwater Report - cost of 3rd party review

Notification Fees
- All Applications Requiring Newspaper Notification - $40
- All Applications Requiring Notification to surrounding Property Owners = Number of Mailings times the Postage Rate (calculated at time of application) - at cost
Publication Fees
- Conditional Use Permit / Planning and Development Rezoning Application - $300
- Standard Rezoning Application - $250
Additional Fees
After the initial staff review of an application, if comments have not been addressed and/or substantial revisions have been made, each subsequent submittal may be assessed an additional review fee equal to half of the base application fee.
*Floodplain Development Permits where minor work is done including minor utility upgrades and permits that do not involve grading, development, fill, or other earth work or where work is being brought into compliance.
**Floodplain Development Permits involving but not limited to grading, construction, excavation, fill, etc.
Refund Policy
- Application Withdrawn prior to Notification: 90% of Base Fee plus Unexpended Fees
- Application Withdrawn after Notification but prior to Planning Commission Meeting: 50% of Base Fee plus Unexpended Fees
- Application Withdrawn after Planning Commission Meeting: 0% of Base Fee plus Unexpended Fees
