Fueling the craft spirits market is Bull Creek Distillery in Spring Hill. The distillery includes a full restaurant and bar. It hosts mainly country and rock bands for live music throughout the year. Even though Bull Creek makes its own bourbon, it also serves other spirits straight up or mixed, beer and wine.

The Louisburg Cider Mill has something for the whole family. A regional destination with a national reputation for everything apple – those over 21 will love their new hard apple cider. Visitors have four different ‘everyday’ hard ciders to choose from, with more to come in 2023! Pair your favorite with the fresh apple cider donuts. Regular apple cider, apple butter, and other products are also available in the country store.

Sip and sit under the spacious 100-year-old shady Walnut grove. Reservations are required for all adults and includes a first glass of wine, wine flight or beverage. Enjoy live music on Saturdays. Children can play Bocce ball or wander through the 20-year-old vineyard. NightHawk provides visitors with 17 wine choices. Local favorites include the Woodland White or Vignoles. Visitors can pair their favorite NightHawk wine with a meal from an onsite food truck. Pets welcome.

Celebrating more than 20 years, this family-owned winery harvests its grapes by hand and is open year-round. The grounds offer indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy local cheeses, fresh bread, and local charcuterie items year-round. With 21 wines to choose from, Somerset Ridge has a broad range of choices. Relax and enjoy a glass of their Jefferson Cup Award winning Oktoberfest wine or try the Flyboy Red.
